The 1976 LP Heldon IV: Agneta Nilsson, as interesting as it is, remains one notch below the other albums from that decade by Richard Pinhas' project Heldon. Recorded at home for the most part, it does not sound as good as the others. Musically, the ideas are thinner and less developed. This is a transitional album: Pinhas was slowly leaving the electronics-only motto of early Heldon to incorporate rock elements, but he still had to find a clear direction. This LP does not have the force of impact of its follow-up Un Rêve Sans Conséquence Spéciale, on which most of the ideas introduced her. Heldon's fourth album, subtitled Agneta Nilsson, was originally released in 1976 and was the first Heldon recording to fully capture the band's style. All three previous releases were either hints at where the band would go or investigations of the music that influenced the band. None until Agneta Nilsson were solidly and clearly Heldon. And yet, as perhaps all their works do, this CD contains many references to the types of music the band had created up till this point and to the music from which Heldon was drawn. 5 tracks 47:27. It is her twelfth studio album overall. A is Fältskog's first album since 2004's My Colouring Book, an album of cover versions of her favourite songs from the 1960s, and the first original material she had recorded since I Stand Alone in 1987. It also includes her first self-penned track in nearly 30 years, I Keep Them on the Floor Beside My Bed. Heldon IV Agneta Nilsson is ranked 41,608th in the overall chart, 4,274th in the 1970s, and 398th in the year 1976. Heldon IV Agneta Nilsson by Heldon Year: 1976 Overall rank: 41,608th. A quote from my Spalax new release news in Audion magazine 25 June 1993. those awaiting the CD reissue of Heldon's AGNETA NILSSON will be pleased to know that it is now out 14227, yet I must give a word of warning and this is obviously the reason for the delay in its release that this is not a complete. Agneta Nilsson opens with a mind-paralyzing track that proves stillness can have a pulse. Perspective I spends ten minutes poring through tectonic layers of heavy sound, piling everything so thick that the song becomes like quicksand for your brain. It's one of the most daunting works in the Heldon catalog, made all the more impressive by how simple it is. It's just sounds put together and turned up. It's the vital alchemy of Richard Pinhas's wizardry, deployed with maximum force. As on other early Heldon albums, the rest of Agneta Nilsson is diverse in a nearly
